Waipukurau Ladies Golf Club hosted their annual Silver/Bronze tournament on Friday 10 May 2024 which was generously sponsored by Jane & Molly Property Brokers of Waipukurau.    The weather played its part as well although the snow on the Ruahines made its presence felt but the sun won the day.

We hosted 70 plus in the fields of 18 holes and 9 holes and the starting officials got the timing right as the fields finished together.   The kitchen girls were then ready to offer fantastic filled rolls and a selection of home baking which went down well.  A gorgeous cake presented by one of the Waipukurau ladies, was hunted by raffle buyers as well.

runner up- being Jeannie Peacock (Waipukurau)

runner up being  Raewynne Keeling (Maraenui)
